1. All classes are run under Endurance GB rules. A full set of Ride Rules are obtainable from Endurance GB National Agricultural Centre, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth CV8 2RP.
- All riders who are not members of EGB will have to ride as a “Temporary Day Member”. They may only enter an NCR ride unless they are riding an EGB registered horse. In this instance they may enter a competitive class up to and including 40km at Novice level. However, riders and horses which are registered with a recognised Endurance body and are suitably qualified may enter longer competitive rides as Temp Day Members. Day membership provides full EGB public liability for the day.
3 Late entries will be accepted for Saturday and at the R.O’s discretion for Sunday (to include £5.00 late entry fee).
4 Entry fees are refundable in full if withdrawn on or before the closing date. 50% of entry fee will be refunded if withdrawn after the closing date, on production of a Doctor’s or Vet’s certificate or photocopy of master card showing horse has been eliminated at a Ride not more than 21 days prior to this Ride. Stabling is non-refundable.
5 The Ride Organisers may refuse any entry without explanation.
6 If possible, please do not bring a dog to this venue. If you do, it MUST be kept on a lead and you MUST clean up after it.
7 Number bibs may be collected from the Secretary on deposit of either a current Membership Card or £5 returnable deposit. Correct money please – no change will be given.
8 Riders must wear a number at all inspections and when riding.
9 Hard hats to BSS EN 1384 or PAS 015 or ASTM/SEI F1163 must be worn at all times when mounted.
10. The farrier is in attendance for checking shoes and emergencies
only. Payment of any remedial work is the responsibility of the
owner and must be paid direct to the farrier at the time.

Saturday 7th June.
The NCR Ride course will be open from 11.30 am.
Last Start time will be 12.30pm. Vetting for both
Classes from 11.00 to 12.00. Start within 30 minutes.
Sunday 8th June.
82km ER.
Vetting will take place between 7.00am and 8.00am However, we will be able to vet ER horses arriving on Saturday between 3.00pm and 5.00pm if requested on Entry Form.
An unmounted briefing will be held on Sunday morning at 8.30 am outside the marquee, with a Mass start at 9.00am.
Both Vet Gates will be at the Venue
There are a limited number of stables at the venue for those requiring them and there is also space to coral.
All other Sunday Classes
All other classes will be allocated vetting times from 8.30am and will Start after the ER. All halfway vetting for the 65 and 82 km CRs will take place in the ER vetgate.
Last Vet time for 39km will be 11.00 with last Start Time of 11.30am
CHARGES.
Stabling, camping and coralling at the venue must be paid for at the time of entry.

Corralling £6 per night per horse
Important – Tents must not be erected in Corralling Field
Stabling at Venue £15 per night. As this stabling is limited it will be allocated on a first come first served basis, you must contact the Entry Sec to reserve your place.
If you are Stabling outside the Venue then you enter into a contract with the Stable Owner and you must book and pay for your stabling direct.
